The site is divided into two parts, by a tapered square, stretched in the meridional direction. Eastern and western parts of the district are occupied by residential townhouses.  The southern part of the area is a family area with a kindergarden, in the central part - shopping facilities, sports grounds and public spaces. Under the central square is a single-level underground parking for electric vehicles.

The residential part consists of a 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments in two-level units. Townhouses are interlocked in parallel groups with gaps for pedestrian walkways and the main street. Apartments located at the bottom of the blocks have adjacent gardens, while apartments at the top of the blocks have a roof garden. Landscaping is also developed on offset and buried parts of the facades.
